We have a strict no-refund policy after 2 days of SMS purchase. Once you have purchased your SMS credits, no refunds will be issued unless the issue is caused by a service failure on our end.
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchasing your SMS credits. After 2 days, no refund requests will be processed.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team. Provide the transaction details and explain the issue. If the issue is related to service downtime or undelivered SMS, our team will investigate and process the refund if applicable.
If your SMS messages are not delivered due to an issue on our platform (e.g., system outage), we will refund the undelivered SMS credits. Please report undelivered messages within 24 hours of your campaign.
No refunds are given for recurring subscriptions or bulk SMS packages that have already been used or after the 2-day period from the purchase date.
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider or bank.
If SMS delivery fails to international numbers due to issues outside our control (such as carrier issues or network failure), we are unable to provide a refund. However, if the failure is due to a technical issue on our end, we will issue a refund for undelivered messages.
If after reviewing your complaint, our team determines that it is invalid or unjustified, no refund will be issued. Our team reserves the right to make the final decision on the validity of refund claims.
No refunds will be issued if you decide that our SMS services are not beneficial after purchasing. We highly recommend testing our services with a smaller purchase or trial before committing to larger packages.
